Product Overview

This product is a malleable iron compression Coupling LCC BSPTmanufactured in strict accordance with BS EN standards. It is used for threadless quick connection between steel pipes, galvanized steel pipes and other pipelines, achieving sealing and fixing through compression structure without threading, making installation convenient and efficient.

Made of high-quality black heart malleable iron with high-temperature annealing, it features good toughness, stable pressure resistance and impact resistance. The compression sealing structure is tight and reliable, accommodating certain pipe deviation and expansion. Available in electro-galvanized, hot-dip galvanized or black finish with good corrosion resistance and long service life, it is widely used in water, fire fighting, gas, HVAC and industrial low-pressure fluid piping systems

Installation and Maintenance

Installation

1. Cut pipes with flat ends and no burrs, clean outer surface
2. Insert both pipes into the Coupling LCC BSPTto the marked depth
3. Tighten compression nuts evenly to let sealing rings grip pipes tightly
4. Avoid uneven force or over-tightening to prevent cracking
5. Conduct pressure test after installation and use only after no leakage is confirmed

Maintenance

1. Regularly check the Coupling LCC BSPTfor leakage, looseness and corrosion
2. Avoid severe vibration to prevent nut loosening
3. Touch up with anti-rust paint in outdoor or humid environments
4. Replace immediately if gasket aging, thread wear or deformation occurs
