This product is a threaded Flange Fig 321PW BSPT made of malleable iron, manufactured in strict accordance with BS EN standards. It is mainly used for rigid connection between pipelines and valves, pumps, equipment and piping systems, with stable structure and reliable sealing, suitable for low to medium pressure piping systems such as water, oil, gas, steam and fire fighting.
Made of high-quality malleable iron with high-temperature annealing treatment, it features good toughness, impact resistance and resistance to brittleness. With high-precision threads for tight fit and flat Flange Fig 321PW BSPT face, it ensures easy installation and stable pressure bearing. Available in electro-galvanized, hot-dip galvanized or black finish with excellent corrosion resistance and long service life.
Complete sizes from DN15(1/2″) to DN100(4″) are widely used in fire fighting, water supply & drainage, HVAC, industrial pipelines, gas and other engineering applications.

Installation Guide:
Inspect Flange Fig 321PW BSPT for sand holes, cracks, deformation and intact threads
Wrap male pipe thread with PTFE tape or apply sealant, then screw into Flange Fig 321PW BSPT
Align mating Flange Fig 321PW BSPT and install sealing gasket
Tighten bolts diagonally and evenly to avoid deflection and leakage
Maintenance Tips:
Regularly check joints for leakage, looseness and corrosion
Touch up with anti-rust paint in humid or outdoor environments
Replace immediately if cracks, serious corrosion or deformation occur
